Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Provide raw material ordering and coordination support for PBC manufacturing sites.

Your Impact

As SC Materials Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Timely and accurate ordering of raw materials, concentrate, and sugars required for full goods production at SC Manufacturing Sites
  • Weekly Inventory Management
    • Proactive tracking for production materials with necessary alerts for anticipated service gaps
    • Material order changes as needed based on material gaps and planning/scheduling changes
    • Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays
  • Inventory Analysis
    • Track KPIs and costs to anticipate and correct trends in materials goods that would compromise achievement of financial targets
    • Work with MRP Team on supplier changes
  • Regular attendance in all required production schedule meetings to discuss material needs
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management)
  • Availability to work flexible hours (wednesday to friday from 5:30pm to 01:30am + saturday and sunday from 09:00am to 5:00pm) 
  • 1-3 years of supply chain or operations experience preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills
  • Fluent knowledge of and use of MS Office Suite
