Main Responsibilities :
The Model Integrator plays a vital role in supporting Saltillo Midsize Tractor's team.
Responsibilities include overseeing product configurations in MCAD files, providing support for virtual builds, managing CREO large assembly files, and conducting BOM audits for tractor configurations.
This role ensures effective communication of diverse tractor configurations through the setup of MCAD files, contributing to the efficiency and precision of our product development process.
What Skills You Need:
Proficient in tractor product knowledge.
Familiarity with SFC structures.
Competent in managing BOMs (CAD/EBOM/association).
Expertise in product configuration, including textual and positional configurations, CPV/iPPE.
Skilled in Creo large assembly handling, including EGN structure creation and simplified rep handling.
Experienced in conducting virtual builds and validating 3D product data.
Capable of performing EGN/ETN audits.
Familiar with EPDM processes in PDMLink and SAP PDM.
Proficient in simplified CAD data creation, including shrinkwrap and STEP formats.
Tools: Proficient engineering knowledge in Creo Parametric, CreoView, PDMLink, Teamcenter.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and VB/JT Tools.
Fluent on English.
Strong communication skills, working closely with cross functional teams.
Proactive and Strong Drive for Results.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Experience with Large tractor configurations and SFC structure.
Knowledge of Simsolid/CREO Simulate, CREO Mechanism
Education:
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Aeronautic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
