Job Description

1.Overall Health Center Operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel)

6.Responsible for the site Emergency Response Program
7.Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site

Requirements
- Three to five years medical experience
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Appropriately

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Education and Training
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required
- Board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine. Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine are also acceptable.
- Valid medical license

  • Required experience in similar position: from 2 to 5 years.
  • Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
  • English Level: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACLS certification
