Membership Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Membership Sales Specialist to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll work on our New Member Team to follow up with new leads, build trusted relationships, and ensure the best experience for prospective members.

As a part of the team, you’ll gain experience in inside sales, Salesforce, and project management.

• Respond to inbound new member leads
• Communicate the perks and benefits of a Landing membership to prospective members, providing detailed information and answers via phone, email, and text
• New Member Team is constantly communicating with prospective members utilizing inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Fluent English (native - bilingual)
• Strong communication skills, both written and via phone.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: the schedule for the Membership Sales Specialist will either be a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday Shift.
• Operating hours are from 7 am to 10 pm Central time M-F and 7 am to 8 pm Central time Saturday and Sunday - these hours could change depending on business need
• Ability to work in-office at our Mexico City office
• 1+ years in sales experience
• Eagerness to develop Landing and hunger for increased sales
• Comfortable discussing pricing and terms and conditions of the Landing Membership
