We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Middle Office Operations Analyst
Role Purpose
Perform daily Middle Office Operations like funding forecast, FX order processing or other tasks assigned by the defined deadlines
Principal accountabilities
Participate in project or tasks as assigned from supervisors, e.g. investment market accounts and operating model setup, new fund/client mandate launch, etc.
Follow up issues and discrepancies with counterparties and service providers promptly
Deliver customer service centric approach
Ensure timely and adequate support to internal customers and stakeholders
Minimize errors by reviewing and maintaining adequate & effective control procedures
Report non-conformities or irregularities immediately after occurrence
Ensure all processing tasks are completed by the defined time-frames accurately and are in accordance with the procedures manuals
Ensure compliance of Global Standards, Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance initiatives
