Mobility Analyst (Mdm)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Analyst with expertise in iOS and Android platforms, encompassing both mobile phones and tablet devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly with Jamf and Intune, and possess familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Google Zero Touch, and Samsung Knox. This role requires a deep understanding of administering cellular carriers and exceptional project management abilities. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement. The Mobility Analyst should be capable of executing device deployment and upgrade projects autonomously, displaying proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems to support and troubleshoot mobile devices and tablets.
• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, focusing on Jamf and Intune, to ensure seamless device provisioning, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute mobile device deployment and upgrade projects, demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's mobile device ecosystem, utilizing tools such as Apple Business Manager, Google Zero Touch, and Samsung Knox to optimize device management.
• Administer cellular carriers, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing mobile connectivity and data plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users, addressing their inquiries related to mobile devices, applications, and MDM functionalities.
• Conduct regular audits of device inventory and configurations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
• Create and deliver clear documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to aid in the efficient management of mobile devices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mobile technologies, MDM solutions, and carrier services, recommending improvements to the mobility strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience working with iOS and Android platforms across mobile phones and tablet devices.
• Extensive expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on Jamf and Intune. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Google Zero Touch, and Samsung Knox is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in administering cellular carriers, including provisioning and optimizing mobile connectivity and data plans.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish to effectively communicate with bilingual stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage device deployment and upgrade projects autonomously, displaying strong project management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Relevant certifications in MDM solutions and mobile technologies are a plus.
