WhatYou Will Do
- Develops and maintains multi-departmentand multi-site operating budgets, business initiatives.
- Develops labor strategies that are inalignment with functional and business priorities.
- Participates in the planning, approval,review and implementation of strategies and policies generalmanufacturing.
- Formulate short-and long-terminitiatives to be consistent with the strategies and policies of thebusiness.
- Selects, develops, and motivates thecompany's management talent to optimize operational performance andpromotion opportunities.
- Developed in conjunction with otherexecutives, effective plan that maximizes profits and implement the samedivision to achieve these objectives, including plans for volumes, capitalbudget and expenditure and achieve corporate objectives.
- Supports the development of new productsand process capability to ensure continuous improvement.
- Gives rise to the engagement between thecorporation and the plant management to establish the necessaryinteraction to achieve both individual goals and objectives.
- Comply with quality systems andenvironmental management implemented in the company.
- Initiate action to prevent theoccurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process, qualitysystem and environmental management system.
- Planning and designing the program andproactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiatingappropriate corrective action.
- Ensuring the delivery of new products orservices from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time andwithin budget, in accordance with the program plan.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 &ISO 45001 Management System.
WhatYou Need
- +10 years of experience in injectionmolding operation management.
- Demonstrated Technical background inplastic injection production processes, tooling, equipment , material,manufacturing and quality.
- Bachelor degree of Engineering orequivalent.
- ComputersSkills (Excel)
- Experience in the automotive industry orelectronic.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO14001.
- Advance English level (reading andwriting that allow fluid presentations)
