Title:Monitoring Center Analyst - Monterrey

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey

Function: Security

Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provides security related functions for employees and facilities throughout the enterprise. These functions include access control and monitoring, response to fire, safety and critical facility management alarms. Validate and analyze regional and global events, providing input for situational awareness and crisis management.

What Skills You Need

  • Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge about fire, security, life safety, and construction code information at the local, state, and national levels for various electronic systems.

  • Provides security, fire and safety monitoring for Deere facilities and executive residences across Mexico and Central America.

  • Provides emergency-call assistance for employees on a global basis.

  • Monitors situations and events for Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management (situations include weather, criminal events and political situations).

  • Serves as the first point of contact for incident response and crisis management.

  • Provides electronic access control monitoring and assistance for Mexico and Central America.

  • Tracks and dispatches mobile security officers.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, intranet and internet functions.

  • Ability to use various department specific computer programs (SAP, OnGuard, Sharepoint, CCTV, others).

  • Ability to develop clear concise written communication to various management levels throughout the enterprise

  • Knowledge about security systems and related technical information.

  • English language, written and conversational.

Education

  • Bachelor degree or higher

  • Security certifications, licenses or degrees; desirable
