Conceptualizing and producing visually stunning content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms. Creating impactful video content, animations, and graphics to elevate our brand presence and storytelling

What You’ll do?

    • Development and production of compelling video content, animations, and graphic designs for our social media and marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and communication strategies.
    • Visually engaging multimedia content that drives audience engagement and strengthens our brand identity.
    • Constant evolution of our visual storytelling by exploring new design trends and innovative multimedia techniques.
    • Proficiency in multimedia design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video editing.
    • Creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
    • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work cross functionally with different teams.
    • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlineProficient understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube, and the ability to leverage them effectively for brand growth.
    • Create and produce visually compelling video content, animations, and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand brand objectives and develop designs that align with strategic goals.
    • Continuously explore and integrate new design trends and techniques into multimedia projects.
    • Ensure all multimedia content maintains a consistent brand identity and tone.
    • Manage and maintain a multimedia asset library for easy access and utilization.
    • Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok and YouTube.
    • Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence.
    • Attend events and produce live social media content.
    • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.

What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in multimedia design, video production, and animation.
    • Proficiency in relevant design and video editing software.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing video, animation, and graphic design work.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

    • Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Previous experience in a similar role within the digital marketing or media industry.
    • Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
    • Ability to think creatively and generate engaging content concepts.
