Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

General Purpose (of the position):

Supervise and control all internal customer services for National Operations area such as Printing, Warehouse, Archive, Security, etc, ensuring the service excellence in the delivery and the continuous development of the team members. 

Functions and responsibilities:  

  • Ensure all internal policies, procedures and programs are correctly updated, available on request (when needed) with local and/or international government laws. 

  • Periodically review all equipment, tools and material are in correct functioning state and available to ensure the services are done in a timely manner. 

  • Support in the identification and definition of improvement plans for all processes in the area, involving all team members 

  • Plan de daily activities with the team members to ensure all requests and programmed services are covered. 

  • Review deliverables and reports of the team members to realize improvements and needed changes before delivery to customer. 

  • Ensure timely training for all team members 

  • Report all results and service statistics of the team to deliver area leader for decision making. 

Preferred skills

  • High School Diploma and/or Certification in the specific administrative area
  • Basic Office Suite handling 
  • Documentation and presentation skills 
  • Numerical abilities 
  • Focus on detail 
  • Experience in activity assignation process 
  • Analysis and synthesis skills demonstrated. 
  • Ability to follow up several activities in parallel for several internal and external clients 
  • Fast learning pace for different areas. 

Minimum years experience required

  • From 3 to 5 years of experience In Administrative and Customer service areas such as Printing, Archive, Reception, Call Center, Warehouese.
