Description
- Provide preventive medical care and first aid to employees.
- Conduct medical entrance and periodic examinations.
- Manage and follow up on cases of illness and work accidents, aiming to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism.
- Identify, analyze, and prevent occupational risks, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of preventive measures.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs for employees, monitoring their impact on employee health and well-being.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on psychosocial risk prevention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on current medical practices and occupational health regulations.
- Ensure the medical office is clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
Experience
- Licensed physician with experience in occupational health medicine.
- Familiarity with Mexican regulations regarding occupational health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
