Position Summary:
As a Configuration Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in the configuration and code modification of our core applications, with a specific focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, and Manufacturing Process Improvement. Collaborating with the BA team, you will support Core application such as MES, SAP and other tool application. You will provide vital configuration support across various teams, including development, quality assurance, implementation, and production support, with a keen focus on enhancing manufacturing processes.

Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in SQL development and basic SQL skills.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with .Net or C# programming languages.
- Ability to interpret and follow Flow-charts and UML diagrams.
- Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Resourcefulness in complex situations.
- Experience in Business System Analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of software, MES, SAP, and manufacturing process improvement methodologies.
- Configure and modify Jabil Ecosystem applications, focusing on MES and SAP integrations and best practices in manufacturing process improvements.
- Develop deep product knowledge across various business lines, particularly in MES and SAP.
- Provide application expertise in development, with a focus on large, high-complexity projects incorporating MES and SAP.
- Suggest system modifications that align with customer needs and manufacturing best practices.
- Accurately complete tasks within agreed timeframes and effort commitments.
- Validate design approaches with client users as necessary.
- Apply project management principles to effectively manage tasks and risks.
- Support development, quality assurance, implementation, and client production teams, with a focus on MES and SAP configurations.
- Troubleshoot various challenges, offering innovative solutions.
- Contribute to work effort estimation and proactive risk mitigation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams.
- Execute system validation testing as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements in the context of MES and SAP integration.
