Mx will provide support by coordinating activities to ensure the operation of Hermetic Motor and Rey-Lam with the objective of achieving the goals with the priority of safety, quality and productivity. Your duties and responsibilities will be completed under the direction of the Plant Manager
AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER, YOU:
- Continuous improvement also through the coordination of lean manufacturing programs.
- Coordinate the implementation of best practices through error-proof systems.
- Plant Budget Management related to Tooling (Spare Parts)
- Daily coordination of activities to support on-time deliveries to customers.
- Improvement of the time of equipment and machinery through the coordination of preventive maintenance.
- Development of potential candidates for important positions through performance reviews.
- Preparation of capital acquisition requisitions for the implementation of major projects with the focus on upgrading and Automation.
- SCRAP programs
- Control of plant personnel to achieve productivity requirements.
- Activity reports for Plant Manager
- Attend meetings with subordinates with Production, Engineering and maintenance personnel
- Communication of activities to achieve the company's objectives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Industrial engineering, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience preferred, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English
- High precision in Manufacturing environments
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- ISOO 9000 experience
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization.
- Exceptional focus on customer service, including attention to producing quality results.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico: Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Woking hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:36 pm
