We are looking for a talented PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR 3STSHIFT to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our COMPONENTS BUSINESS SEGMENT in CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-Supervise the daily activities of production teams
-Monitoring Safety, Quality and Production Efficiency KPI’s and presenting them to Staff and Global Leaders
-Multidisciplinary work team
-Build Effective Teams, Develop Talent, and Drive Engagement
-RIT enforce and application.
-VPI Product Introduction
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
-Experience as a Production Supervisor in Automotive Industry
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Basic English Level
-Lean Manufacturing experience
-Quality, Health & Safety High Engagement
-Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge
-IATF 16949 knowledge
-Overtime Availability
