Job Description

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. This is a fully remote or hybrid position - depending on your skills, ability, and level of self motivation. The details of your work location will be discussed during the interview process.

NOTE: Ideal candidates will be located somewhere in the Americas to be convenient to the U.S. Central time zone.

Job Objectives:

* Within the realm of business administration, do what it takes to help drive the business forward

* Support founder and staff in defining and executing Service Delivery, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Accounting business processes

* Proactively address issues and opportunities in coordination with founder and other staff

Requirements

* 4-year degree in business administration, accounting, or relevant discipline

* 1 to 3 years experience in a small to medium business environment

* Positive, go-getter attitude. Must be willing to take initiative.

* Creative thinker who can see problems and independently develop and implement solutions under the guidance of senior staff

* Team player that gets excited about working within a small but growing international team

* Experience in small business administration (e.g. accounting, marketing, sales, HR, general operations)

* A passion for and experience in environmental product compliance (e.g. EU REACH, California Prop 65, etc.) is a huge plus

* Work with a small but mighty team of professionals
