Hogarth is looking for a Operations and Business Growth Jr.
What does aOperations and Business Growth Jr. do at Hogarth?
The Operations and Business Growth Jr. works hand in hand with our Operations Director, and they oversee giving life to operational documentation and Business cases/proposals that shape the processes and Business pipeline from the company..
Duties:
- Attend Leadership and operational meetings for workflow architecture.
- Create operational documents, cascade and follow up information to internal organizations.
- Review notes and action plans for new business and Business Growth.
- Create decks and spreadsheets that combine proposals from different team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, international business, international trade, industrial engineering or related.
- Interest for numerical analysis and Business opportunities.
- Ability to relate to management level. Interest in developing business management skills.
- Advanced English – excellent oral/written skills in the language. (An interview will be conducted in English).
- Proficient on Microsoft Office suite.
- Willing to work on a hybrid model.
