ResponsabilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Filling & Packing Manager to strengthen and lead our F&P team at BMM, based in Silao - Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire F&P area of our factory as well as the biggest team, be a member of the management team of the production site, report to the Manufacturing Director of BMM and work in an international environment.
- Responsible for the F&P team and their personal and organizational (further) development and engagement
- Ensuring the production plan and performance working together with the TES area and COE
- Monitoring processes and organization, through BMOS, maintenance of the organizational structure, design and documentation of procedures and production assurance.
- Implementation and execution of process control, quality standards, good manufacturing practices, safety observations for "zero" accidents.
- Development of continuous improvement, based on the implementation of TPM.
- Coaching and practical training for team leaders, as well as the concept, preparation, execution and evaluation of the efficiency of the training of operational personnel.
- Management and implementation of (cross-departmental) projects on safety, quality and efficiency
- Degree in Engineering, Operations or related areas
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain / operations
- Ideally international experience
- Experience leading teams in international operations along with the ability to work cooperatively and cross-functionally in teams
- Strong project and management skills as well as problem solving skills
- Experience with major change processes.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Professional experience in the field of operational excellence (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) desirable, in consumer and durable goods industry beneficial
