Team Overview:
Being part of the Operations team for DiDi Food will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in LATAM. Be prepared for a hectic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale and you´ll never have a dull moment!
Role Responsibilities:
  • Build a scalable operations process focusing on bringing efficiency and reliability.
  • Responsible for creating strategies to motivate good practices and decrease undesirable behaviors from couriers using the platform
  • Create engagement strategies to increase couriers online time and retention in the platform
  • Compile data insights and work cross-functionally with different departments such as strategy, business intelligence, product operations, and marketplace.
  • Use internal raw databases to build insights, develop a strategy, outline and execute tests using tools such as SQL, R, big data, python, MATLAB, VBA.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to come up with insightful proofs of effectiveness and efficiency of the operations strategies.
  • Build and maintain detailed reporting models including core KPIs and growth funnels to assist city-level, regional, and expansion efforts.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and consistency among; accounts, leads, territories.
  • Document best practices to ensure consistency in sales tools and reports procedures
Role Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of data analytics, business consulting, tech, or operations experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering,or a related field.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management;
  • Structured thinking to resolve different challenges;
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Experience with data-based decision-making
  • Team player
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are essential.
  • Experience using programming languages such SQL, R, Python, etc. is essential
  • Fluent English
