Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing which means sustained utilization of the tools on a daily basis
- Enhance and support teamwork
- Ability to develop recovery plans
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues
- Ability to ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English.
- Able to work in 2nd shift.
