Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Coordination of base lines & cells through the resources assigned to their turn, such as AM's, TL's & TM's.
  • Track the production sequence of lines & cells.
  • Follow UPH Performance of the production lines of your assigned shift.
  • Assurance of product quality on production lines.
  • Follow up and corrective actions to the scrap indexes.
  • Generation of final shift production report.
  • Follow-up and corrective actions to the absenteeism & dismissal rates of corresponding shift.
  • Maintenance and compliance of the 5's of all the productive areas of the plant.
  • Follow-up closed to the critical / urgent / air shipments that are scheduled.
  • Follow-up / Release of non-conforming product according to established procedures.
  • In the event of a problem that slows down or stops the production lines, you must react quickly to the solution to the problem using the company's tools and in compliance with established procedures.
  • Direct escalation to the Staff of problems that put customer delivery at risk.
  • Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
  • Daily participation in the meetings for the start of the critical review period for boarding.
  • HC review of the shift in charge.
  • Verification of pre-payroll of the employees of their shift in charge.
  • Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

  • Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
