MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

- Full bilingual (english/spanish)
- Experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management Skills
- Experience working with Cloud version
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.
- Experience participating in Production Support projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.
DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects
- Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
