MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

Oracle eBS Development tools (Forms, Reports)
Oracle EBS interfaces, RICE objects, interface APIs
MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams on Oracle EBS and using Oracle development tools
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Full bilingual (English/Spanish), fluent communication
