Dirección As an OTC/PTP Manager you will be responsible for managing and improving the working capital position and analysis for the countries in scope and for helping accelerate the company’s progression towards World Class Finance execution which will enable and support profitable, sustainable and controlled regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management.
- Manage PTP, O2C and payment processes.
- Approvals.
- Be the first point of contact for all process related queries
- Periodically perform and sign-off controls & compliance checks
- Oversee the preparation of metrics and MIS reports
- Assist team in day-to-day decisions and accountable to meet Finance
- Objectives.
- Signatory Work- Payments, Forex, Remittances.
Role and Responsibilities
- Mange the end-to-end Payable process from PO creation to Posting.
- Ensure frequent monitoring of system and outstanding PO’s and SO´s
- Ensure On time payment to vendors. Support Vendor Management.
- Ensure timely collection of credits from the customers and also support customer data management.
- Support Controlling team by ensuring Invoice posting, Invoice issuance and PO/SO creation is accurately completed facilitating smooth month close.
- Assist in all finance related audits impacting overall area of responsibility
- Perform detailed process analysis and provide management reporting based on this analysis.
- Co-ordinate with other peer groups for standardization.
- Implement process improvement ideas.

We are looking for
- Advanced English Level Required.
- Degree in Finance/Business Administration with Finance as a subject
- 7-8 years of relative experience (2-3 years in Team Handling – Team size of 10 or more)
- Collaboration with the finance leadership.
- Experience in independent decision making and Team Management
- Experience in handling vendors , customers and their escalations.
- Understanding end-to-end processes of PTP and O2C (including payments)
