The Dynatrace Post Sales Organization is seeking Partner Services leaders across the globe. This role will serve as the main point of contact for partners who are delivering Dynatrace-oriented services to their customers. The Partner Services leader will build and maintain strong partner relationships and serve as a point of services enablement, validated delivery plans, and quality assurance (when needed).

In addition, the Partner Services leaders will be responsible for helping address troubled or failing projects by engaging with the appropriate Dynatrace post-sales organization's team(s) based on the customer situation, to help supplement the partner delivery model. Partner Services leaders will need to also interact with many Dynatrace teams in this role including Partner Sales, Product Sales, Post-sales Services and maintain rules of engagement for a successful outcome. Partners with channel management and relevant field roles to deliver Partner sales plays which results in joint wins and Dynatrace product revenue growth

Works with partners to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for growth and collaboration. Validates partner delivery plans/proposals for partners' accounts Tracks partner delivery projects & CSAT, manages escalation process in case of CSAT issues and/or project difficulties through ongoing partner management, direct customer feedback, engagement delivery validation, Builds strong cross functional relationships with Dynatrace Partner Sales organization and system integrator partners. Tracks and owns Partner service forecast, pipeline, and opportunity hygiene.

Reporting on a frequent basis to track both productivity and performance Collaborates with team and partners to execute practice development strategies and programs Manages service delivery enablement & certification programs for partners Coordinates GSI enablement programs as needed for GSI offices Manages regional subcontracting processes for ACE Services Ensures Post-Sales alignment with the Dynatrace Partner Sales team Stays up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share insights with the broader team to help drive business strategy and growth.
