Team Overview:
We are looking for a Partnership Manager for DiDiCard in the exciting world of Fintech! We're on the lookout for an energetic, visionary professional adept at building key and strategic partnerships. Join forces with our dynamic team, collaborating with industry leaders to revolutionize the Fintech landscape. Excel in negotiation, strategic thinking,and stakeholder management and spearhead groundbreaking initiatives. As our Partnership Manager, you'll redefine collaboration, drive innovation, and shape the future of digital finance with us!
Role Responsibilities:
In this role, your day-to-day will be a dynamic blend of:
  • Spearheading key partnerships with industry leaders, ensuring our brand's continued growth.
  • Crafting and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the user experience of DiDiCard.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to drive innovation.
  • Leading negotiation processes, fostering relationships that propel the company forward.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities, providing crucial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Playing a central role in high-impact projects aimed at expanding our market presence.
  • Supporting the sales team by providing market intelligence and tailored solutions.
  • Leveraging your expertise to enhance our value proposition, driving customer acquisition.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Contributing to the company's growth trajectory by translating vision into actionable plans.
Your daily contributions will not only shape the success of our team but will be instrumental in propelling the entire company toward new heights.
Role Qualifications:
We prioritize the following qualifications, ensuring the perfect fit for this role:
Years of Experience:
  • Required: +4 years in strategic partnership management within the Fintech or related industry.
  • Preferred: Additional experience in sales or business development roles.
Education:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
Soft Skills:
  • Required: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams. Stakeholder management.
  • Preferred: Strong leadership qualities, adaptability, and a creative mindset.
Hard Skills:
  • Required: Proven track record in successfully managing partnerships, solid understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
  • Preferred: Experience in data analysis.
Preferred Industries Experience:
  • Required: Prior experience in the Fintech sector.
  • Preferred: Exposure to technology or digital finance industries.
Spoken Languages:
  • Required: English and Spanish Advanced.
