It is accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution. Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
• Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions
• Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received
• Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues
• Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
English B2
Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area
