Team Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Senior Manager to join our Global Performance Marketing team, with a focus on Latam. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of effective strategies to fuel growth and success across our digital marketing channels in Latam. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of strategies with Operations, Marketing, and Planning across new products such as delivery, groceries, and moto.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Leadership Team to identify key priorities and craft strategies to realize our objectives in Latam.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of international best practices to optimize user acquisition, retention, and user lifecycle performance.
  • Assume full ownership of projects and initiatives in Brazil, overseeing their successful implementation.
Role Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Operations within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the paid digital marketing landscape and certifications.
  • MBA, MPP/MPA, Master of Finance, or a related field with a robust quantitative foundation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable taking charge of daily activities and driving tangible results.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.
