Performance Tester Skillsets:

Required Skills for Performance Testing–

Experience in Requirement Gathering

Should have worked on all phases of Performance Testing life cycle

Experience in Performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter / NeoLoad

Should have experience in monitoring and APM tools like Splunk, AppDynamics / Dynatrace

Experience in one of the Cloud platform in terms of approach for Scalability and Resiliency

Good to have experience in CI/CD implementation

Good to have experience in analysis in Heap dump and Thread Dump analysis

Security Testing-

Should have experience in SAST and DAST

Should have experience in DAST tool like BurpSuite or any other tool

Should have experience in SAST tools like Fortify or any other tool

Should have experience in API Security testing using ReadyAPI or any other tool
