As a Plant Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement strategy of our organisation. You will be responsible for leading procurement activities, from supplier selection to contract management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments will be key as you work with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement requirements. You will also monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. You possess strong negotiation skills that have been honed over at least five years in the field. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement , preferably in the automotive industry
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving cost savings initiatives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel and ERP systems: SAP
* Fluency in English and Spanish
*Supply Chain knowledge (Supplier Management, Cost Analysis, Market Analysis, Inventory Management, etc).
* Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis.
