Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The PMO Analyst is mainly responsible for:

  • Performing jr Program Analyst role, for specific GBS Control Mx functions such as Accounbts Payable and Accounts receivable by leading the execution of the Project Management (PM) activities & tasks, per Predictive & Adaptive PM best practices, by getting involved & working with key business partners and subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in order to achieve successful results within given project schedule.
  • Coordinate the knowledge transfer & internal Project Managers development by designing & communicating Project Management Best Practces to boost the PM agile adoption in the GBS Control Mexico.
  • Coordinate the Benefits Realization by development of project reports, aggregated reports of the Portfolio/Programs & any needed information &/or materials in order to enable Project/Program/Portfolio Managers, related to Productivity & Project’s Budget.

This position will have a focus on the planning, monitoring & communication among PM Network.

Your Impact 

As PMO Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Support the Management of the GBS Ctl Mx Tranformation Portfolio.
  • Manage transformative initiatives/projects that impact multiple business services.
  • Lead (when a direct PM role assigment) the planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing of programs/projects.
  • Identification & management of the critical path & milestones of a program/project schedules.
  • Lead (when a direct PM role assigment) the risks identification that impact a project & the risk response plan for the resolution/path to green.
  • Closely monitor program progress & ensure timely completion.
  • Communication of status & issues of the program/project to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare & report program/project status on regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure program/project’s resources planning, monitoring & controlling.
  • Support the Benefits Realization planning/identification, follow-up & reporting activities of the portfolio/program/project.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, administrative, finance or similar- required.
  • knowledge about project management methodologies & agile frameworks (PMI, SAFe, Scrum, L6S, Kanban).
  • Project experience 2 years , as Project Leader/ Project Manager.
  • Project Management Information system (PMIS) expertice, like MS Project or similar.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
  • Communication skills, to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Intermiediate Leadership & Managing people skills.
