PMO Change Management Analyst

Summary:

The PMO Change Management Analyst will play important role in Ingredion Global Business Services growth and transformation journey.  Reporting into the PMO Sr Manager, this role will provide strategic leadership by creating and managing the delivery of Ingredion Global Shared Services Change Management framework. They will collaborate closely with the PMO team and GBS leadership team to build and drive change capability and adoption for Ingredion and deliver value for our customers.
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Change strategy elements and deliverables includes leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments, change impact measurement, communications plans and training planning and execution for all projects and transformation initiatives at GBS.
  • Provide Change management and training/learning expertise and leadership to support the people side of changes to processes, systems, technologies, and organization structures happening at the GBS
  • Collaborate with the corporate Change Management to align the Change Management strategies with Ingredion’s CM framework for a cohesive approach
  • Motivate and encourage support for the future vision by ensuring leaders and employees understand and are engaged in the change process 
  • Identify potential points of challenge and recommend essential behavioral and systemic changes to advance the transformation
  • Identify and provide leadership for change advocates within the stakeholder community to create employee understanding and influence successful change
  • Coach the PMO GBS team and stakeholder across the organization in Change Management practices to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change for Ingredion
  • Leading low to medium complexity projects across GBS

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in Change Management and Experience leading medium to large-scale transformation efforts
  • MBA preferred.
  • English (Native/ Fluent)
  • Spanish (Native/ Fluent)
  • Portuguese (Nice to have)
  • Expert knowledge in organizational Change Management, with certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP)
  • Strong business sense and ability to align Change Management approach to business needs
  • Ability to enroll leadership support and engagement and influence employee desire to adopt changes
  • Understanding of business strategy and ability to measure the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives
  • Ability to coach others to manage conflict, change resistance, and move towards acceptance and desire to change
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Significant experience working in project delivery and understanding the balance required to deliver Change Management within constraints and competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, prioritize tasks, and work as a team member.
  • Ability in leading projects
  • Project Management certification and Experience on leading projects is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis over risk assessment.
