OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN:
Apoyar a actividades de Administración de Ventas.
ACTIVIDADES:
• Control de archivo físico y electrónico de documentos de Ventas.
• Atención a diferentes áreas para consulta de información física y electrónica.
• Elaboración de pedidos internos.
• Apoyo al seguimiento de anticipos y pagos de clientes.
• Modificar y dejar listas las órdenes de venta en SAP.
• Seguimiento facturación y entrega de unidades por parte de producción.
• Recibir y archivar calcas/rentabilidades.
• Elaborar MSOs (certificados de origen de unidades de exportación) y enviar facturas.
• Elaboración de cartas factura/emisiones y entrega física y electrónica.
• Elaboración y envío de reporte semanal de pendientes de facturación así como su seguimiento.
ESCOLARIDAD:
Lic. en Administración o afín.
SOFTWARE:
• Paquetería Microsoft Office (Intermedio).
• SAP (Deseable).
IDIOMA
Inglés (Intermedio).
