Premium Account Manager - Online Trading

As a Premium Account Manager with a focus on the Chinese Market and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, you will be a key player in our sales and business development efforts. Your role will involve promoting and selling Forex, Cryptocurrency CFDs, Indices, Commodities, and Shares to individual and institutional clients. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic world of financial markets and leverage your sales skills to cater to sophisticated investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and sophisticated individual clients within the Chinese market. Employ various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our CFD trading products, market trends, and competitor offerings. Effectively convey the advantages of our offerings to clients.
  • Client Education: Provide comprehensive education to clients about derivative trading, risk management, and trading strategies to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering regular communication, valuable market insights, and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on revenue generation from the Chinese HNW client base.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry, with a keen awareness of Chinese market regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on FX, CFDs, or similar derivatives.
  • Exceptional knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and trading platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development and maintenance of high-value client relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to FX and CFD trading, including knowledge of ASIC regulations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
