ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the Legal department..
The role is responsible for the prevention and support on the Continuity plans.
Reports to: Prevention Manager
Reporting Level: Managerial
Geographic Scope: Monterrey
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Create and design prevention plans, and business continuity (BCP) based on the results of the Security Risk Management (SRM).
- Development of security campaigns across the business (TM&D, Factory, Personnel Security) across LANCAR.
- Potential Risk Personnel and Top Management security support.
- Promote the prevention and resilience culture across the company.
- In chargeof the physical security of Corporate Offices.
- Coordination and security support of visits who require special strategy (Security plan and agenda).
- Lead and administration of security drivers.
- Responsible for the BASC and CTPAT certification regarding the process of SRM and BCP.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Do you have experience in security?
- Do you have experience using tools like Microsoft Office or Excel ?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in Security for at least 3- 5 years
- Experience in risk analysis and business continuity plans
- Capable to analyze security information and build reports
- Assertive c ommunication and organizations skills
- Capable to manage a large team and ensure their efficiency.
- Proactive and willing to continuous development.
- Stress management.
- Career related to security.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Experience in trainings and security-safety campaigns.
- English: written and speaking.
- Driver license.
