Job Purpose and impact
The Pricing and Contract Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of Pricing and Contracting activities for all customers. In this role, you will support process implementations and governance across contracts, pricing, contracted volume, and futures, assist with complex price builds for top customers and control risk by performing the majority of administrative work, contract settlement and daily communications with sales account managers, strategic Pricing and customers.
Key accountabilities
- Calculate and handle contract pricing requests based on customer supply agreements and spot market prices and enter quotes and opportunities into the ERP systems.
- Track contract performance and ensure customers, sales and trading are in compliance with trading requirements.
- Responsible for the administration of key processes to align compliance internal and external audits.
- Apply correct contracts to open customer sales orders and partner with relevant stakeholder to resolve unclear points in the contracts and coordinate with the responsible departments to find solution.
- Handle the settlement of all contracts including rolling balances to correct trade month, amendments, and any reconciliation for customer account statements necessary to support both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance of related parties for 100% of our operations. Serve as a central point of contact to provide support for queries and audits related to transfer pricing.
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions including utilizing the root cause analysis process.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Ensure follow-up to our commercial commitments by managing document recovery and keep record on the platforms established by the compliance team.

Qualificactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to effectively represent the business from a commercial perspective to customers.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience in contract management, and trading regulatory compliance.
- Intermediate or advance English level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate knowledge of risk management, transfer price and agriculture commodities.
- International commercial terms knowledge
- Experience managing SAP.
- Data visualization application programming expertise
