Title:Problem Resolution Specialist - Monterrey

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey

Function: Customer & Product Support

Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems in teams.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical product problems in order to provide a solution to dealers.

  • Develop and author solutions/bulletins for complex problems.

  • Provide feedback regarding product performance, deficiencies and customer requirements.

  • Close collaboration with engineering, quality, reliability, PV&V, field teams as well as partner factories.

  • Create evidence packages and present it to Data Analysis Team.

  • Monitor corrective actions and verify solutions.

  • Support/ Lead Early Detection Problem Resolution.

  • Support/ Lead Product Improvement Program development.

  • Present technical updates to branch service team.

  • Analyze data provided by Customer Experience surveys, Machine Health, Warranty, DTAC.

  • Lead and facilitate the execution and delivery of customer and product support deliverables for EPDP, NME, SE and CI programs.

  • Assess and manage risk, identify gaps and develop contingency plans. Communicate and gain alignment with team members, stakeholders and leadership. Follow up on risks and contingencies through closure.

What Skills You Need:

  • Understanding of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process,

  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally.

  • Interest on new technologies and data analysis

  • Experience with the agricultural business is beneficial.

  • Solution-orientated way of action.

  • Proficient in English language.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Understanding of Customer Support Processes.

  • Project Management experience, training or certification.

  • Experience working on an Enterprise Product Delivery Process project within any swimlane of the process.

  • Diagnostics, prognostics and troubleshooting experience.

Education:

  • Degree in an Engineering/ Technology/Agribusiness or equivalent

This position will be posted for a minimum of 14 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.
