We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Procurement Analyst, based in Monarca Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).


As Procurement Analyst you will ensure the availability of material in the plant on time and in the necessary quantity for adequate performance of the production. As well monitoring the inventory value to maintain only the optimal amount required.


Your Task will be

  • Monitoring shipments of raw materials from suppliers.
  • Printing of critical list and expediting with suppliers to ensure availability of material in plant.
  • Monitoring inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyzes and follows up on the Excess and Obsolete report.
  • Reconciliation of monthly ASN to ensure veracity of material in transit in the system
  • Participates in the coordination of Engineering changes through APQP meetings.
  • Monitor premium freight and generate action plans to reduce it.
  • Audits accumulated shipments from your suppliers to ensure that the information between supplier and Lear is correct

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
  • English Advanced
  • MS Excel Advanced -Intermediate, Knowledge in M5 reporting and Logistics, APQP, MASS, Effective Communication, Time management, organized, Inventory
