You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business. You will deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off of defined contracts with stated terms and conditions.
Also, may include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.
Ensure supply of direct material, purchase goods to the company operational needs are met.
Responsible of submitting Purchase orders to vendors, executing exception messages from MRP and follow up with vendors PO Acknowledgment
Responsible of 3-way match process, to ensure material availability working with receiving teams and with AP department to ensure payments to vendor.
Perform procurement metrics accordingly to organization’s goals.
Manage with sourcing group, to procure at the best price, quality, and lead time.
Coordinate all data for direct metrics for the monthly reports (savings, spend, terms, etc). Work with each business functional leader to understand major spend categories and cost savings opportunities.

Job requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in supply chain
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree concluded.
