Product Development Engineer

• Receive, request and collect all needed information for a new product based on customer requirements
• Development of all Damping Solution portfolio products in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales / Application Engineering including feasibility analysis in collaboration with the disciplinary team, validation trials & pre-launch races
• Make a calculation and define the new product (Air Spring) based on product calculation, characteristics and performance for customer.
• Product Benchmarking and Analysis of Competitor Products
• Support field claims and customer incident

• Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master), Mechanical Administrator Engineer, Industrial Engineer degree or related background.
• Experience min 3 years as Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Product Engineer
• Desirable experience on Air Springs, antivibration elements or automotive components development
• Min 2 years on Project Management
• Desirable experience leading multidisciplinary groups
• Fluid skills of English communication
