Leads product lines from brainstorm phase through to mass production. Defines and develops product requirements. Designs and leads research studies to provide rapid feedback on critical decisions during the development process, ensuring the end-user is at the center of every decision.

• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
Communication
• Interacts largely with internal peers and contacts. Begins to build internal professional network that may cross department/areas.
