What We'll Bring:

Job Description:

The new Product Marketing Operations discipline is responsible for transforming global Product Marketing to ensure better alignment between Product Marketing strategy and execution, and includes Go to Market project management and measurement, Product Marketing effectiveness measurement and reporting, and the optimization of global Product Marketing resources, processes and policies.
We are seeking an Operations Consultant to join our global Product Marketing team. The successful candidate will have strong judgement and critical thinking skills and who is laser-focused and passionate about providing best-in-class Product Marketing Operations support to drive the efficiency and quality of Product Marketing efforts across the global enterprise.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, operations, administration, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of combined experience in executive administration, project management, Product Marketing, product management, marketing or a related field.
You are adept in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and sales enablement applications, as well as internet applications (e.g., SharePoint and Teams).
You have proven cross-functional experience within project management, operations or change management teams, serving as project manager lead through successful execution and completion.
You have a strong customer service mentality and a consistent desire to exceed expectations as a matter of personal pride.
You are a problem-solver, creative, flexible and full of curiosity and initiative.
You are extremely well organized and have a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying due dates and requirements to deliver a great, memorable experience.
You're a strong facilitator using effective collaboration skills within and across teams and have excellent follow-up skills for outstanding tasks action items.
You have superior proactive, effective and transparent oral and written communication skills and have experience creating and visualizing data in many mediums.
You can collaborate and influence teams across geographic regions, time zones and cultures and can interact effectively with people at all levels.

What You'll Bring:

Preferred but not required:
A variety of experiences in different functions so you bring a broad business understanding to the role.
Solid experience in strategy, planning, budgeting or financials
Experience in reporting and gathering KPIs (measurement, metrics)
Experience in Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Project), Salesforce, Seismic and other sales enablement technology platforms
Specific experience with project management of Go-to-market campaigns
Experience in financial services or financial services technologies
PMP certification
 

Impact You'll Make:

Impact You'll Make:
Helping us Go-To-Market (GTM): You will support go to market external readiness campaigns by understanding GTM processes, updating necessary GTM documentation, training others on GTM processes and serving as GTM project manager on targeted launches.
Ensuring we focus on what is important and urgent: You will help the team with managing important projects, keeping an eye on key deadlines, and keep the team well-informed of upcoming commitments andor responsibilities. You will serve in a variety of project management functions to ensure successful completion of a wide range of special projects.
Advancing the way we do work: You will help develop and streamline operational processes and create tools and templates so that Product Marketing is more effective, successful and consistent in sharing information with, and providing strategic support for departments throughout the organization. You will also train the Product Marketing team on how to leverage said processes, tools and templates.
Providing visibility and understanding and tracking our progress: You will design creative and impactful ways to share understanding of progress and outcomes and will develop metrics reporting and presentations to provide insights to a variety of stakeholders.
