Ensure that the quality of Safran products, processes and procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards, in compliance with applicable contractual requirements and are continuously improving. Responsible to develops proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation to maintain a healthy Quality Management System.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Identify, investigate and manage risk opportunities utilizing advance Quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, etc).
• Identify needs for improvements and provide solutions
• Develops new inspection technics and/or methodologies to assure product conformance
• Influence process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Policies, practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate ideas or viewpoints supported by objective data to influence large groups.
• Lead a team using root cause analysis methodology to resolve opportunities/non
conformities.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain Quality Management System and related documentation.

Education: Professional degree in Engineering. Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanic preferably.
Experience: Mandatory experience in QMS (AS9100), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis) and Lean Six Sigma projects/tools. Preferably experience in regulatory certifications (FAA/EASA, others).
Certifications: Green belt or Black belt (preferably).
Languages: English (Mandatory), French (desired)
Additional Requirements: Visa and availability to travel

• Familiarity with GD&T.
• Familiarity with Minitab, Microsoft projects, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software's
• Experience on process improvement and lean six sigma tools
• SAP proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Leadership skills/Management skills/Personal skills
• Excellent communication
• Conflict Management and analytical skills
• Customer (Internal/External) Focus
