Resource management: Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, machinery and raw materials.
Oversee production capacity planning to meet market demands.
Staff Development and Training: Identify development opportunities for the team and provide ongoing training.

Continuous Improvement and Main Tools: Implement and supervise the use of central tools, such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, among others, to guarantee product quality.

- Over 8 years of experience in production management roles in the automotive industry, with a focus on automotive interior and seat manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 certification and experience implementing core tools.
