Reporting to the Operations Manager you as a Production Superintendent will be responsible for Supervises daily activities of a large production team to ensure that volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Input provided on the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement; identifies areas of improvement within the team. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Has accountability for the performance of the team.

- Coaches and manages the daily work activities of a production team; has accountability for the performance of the team.- Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes.- Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.- Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.- Compliance and adherence program and earned hours.- Maintain Lean Manufacturing Philosophy.- Daily meetings with team to assign priorities and corrective actions.
About you:
- Degree: Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineer, or similar.- Team Oriented and Responsive high Execution -results oriented.- Good understanding and able to communicate in English (90%).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office suite.- Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level.- Supervisory skills.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.- Previous experience with Multinational Corporations (MNC) is an advantage.
