ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with production program (starting the orders according to the dispatch start date)
- Report/communicate everything related with stopping production (i.e. material shortages).
- Prepare action plans to recover production in case of falling behind.
- Assign tasks, give direct instructions per employee and per workstation.
- Create work methods.
- Prevent and report unsafe actions or conditions.
- Supervise adequate use of equipment.
- Provide safety equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in area.
- Provide adequate tools.
- Attend quality meetings.
- Maintain the quality manual updated.
- Recognize the importance of safety in workplace following the Safety Commitment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, Production, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Eng.
- Minimum of 3 yrs of experience in a Maquiladora Business at a Supervisor level.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Ability to administrate, delegate and handling more than three projects at any time.
