Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge. Encourages and facilitates continuous improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
• Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
• Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations
• Establishes and maintains effective communication.
• Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment.
• Communicate to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.
• Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 -5 years previous experience in a leadership role

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• 3- 5  years combined experienced  supervisor in the present line of work.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
