JOB SUMAMARY:

Supervises employees in a manufacturing or printing environment plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Make employment decisions. Resolves, employee issues through problem resolution.
Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuously improve in all areas.
Manages departmental performance measures, including visual and provide regular progress reports to manager.
Provides leadership through a 30-day planning cycle.
Performs accident investigations.
Maintains proper inventory levels.
Manages department priorities.
Track absenteeism and time keeping
Is responsible for all other duties as assigned.


SPECIFICATIONS:

1 or 2 year with experience in systems and continues improvement, training, planning and performance to goals and standard
English advance (B2-C1)
Valid Visa and passport are indispensable
