Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Product Engineering Teams optimize existing products from information or input provided by marketing, customers, Operation Teams, Development Engineers or other employees. They maintain existing products, processes, and specifications including modifications for new applications consistent with manufacturing techniques and economies. They also initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality, and cost, while meeting customer requirements and may support and implement product extensions to existing platform products to meet specific customer requirements. They are the key experts in the products they are responsible for at TE.
What your background should look like:
Se encarga de fabricar las pruebas eléctricas para asegurar que el producto tenga las especificaciones que el cliente requiera, cambios de programas de pruebas eléctricas a producción, Calibrar equipos de pruebas eléctricas, Lectura de planos para realizar programas de circuitería según el equipo(Daynalab, cirris, etc), Así como la fabricación de diagramas de circuitos y holders para la fabricación física de la prueba eléctrica, determinar los componentes necesarios para realizar las pruebas eléctricas. Liberar pruebas eléctricas de NPI con el equipo de calidad e ingeniería. Además de dar soporte a produccion en pruebas eléctricas o equipos que presenten alguna falla durante su utilización.
Actividades diarias:
- Desarrollar y mantener los diferentes programas de pruebas eléctricas existentes en el área.
- Determinar componentes (pines, conectores, cable etc) para la fabricación y mantenimiento de pruebas eléctricas.
- Lectura de planos para realización de programas de pruebas eléctricas.
- Liberacion de pruebas eléctricas con departamento de calidad y manufactura.
- Fabricación de tableros de pruebas eléctricas y ruteo.
