Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Professional, Lease Admin para unirse a nuestro equipo:
- Horario de trabajo : Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
- Modalidad de trabajo : Hibrida
Este rol es responsable de:
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
- Renovación de contratos de arrendamiento
- Elaborar convenios modificatorios
- Gestionar la documentación para la elaboración de convenios
- Comunicación con arrendadores y personal del área de legal del Banco
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
- Licenciatura: Abogado o Administrador
- Contar con amplio conocimiento de negociación de términos y condiciones de contratos de arrendamiento
- Tener conocimiento de los documentos que acrediten la personalidad y propiedad de quien firma los contratos
- Contar con excelente actitud de servicio
- Trabajar en equipo
- Trabajo bajo presión
