About the Role Our global consulting organization employs 800 highly skilled consultants whose unmatched experience in delivering industry solutions that span manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality, and services is backed by a proven track record of successful ERP implementations around the world. The Professional Services Consultant participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. Assists aligned Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan. Incumbent will work with the client on an independent basis for shortterm engagements with little supervision. As an Epicor ERP Consultant, youll be working with our customers on the deployment, implementation and training of our visionary ERP software solutions. You are the trusted growth partner for your customer and will initiate implementation as quickly as possible, so your customer can be up and running. You will take the lead on ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth implementation of our software. What Youll Do Invest time in learning the customers business to ensure a successful implementation Execution of the project plan utilizing Epicor Best Practices. Translates business needs to functional solutions using Epicor tools. Responsible for utilization, customer satisfaction and timely project delivery Conduct enduser training and database administration as the software backend subject matter expert Identifies issues and risks and reports to Project Manager with suggested direction Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time Demonstrate a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track Teams with Epicor project managers and additional Epicor and 3rd party resources to research gaps and propose solutions. What You Need to Succeed 3 years of experience with consulting, business application training, or customer support in a relevant software industry Demonstrated knowledge and strong experience of manufacturing, supply chain, andor manufacturing accounting concepts Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Ability to meet utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software Fluency in oral and written English required Customer centric, results oriented, selfstarter, and able to work independently Strong organizational, project management and time management skills Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations Ability to travel up to 100 Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, and monitor the performance of project tasks Why You Should Click Apply Our ERP consultant role provides an opportunity for a full workload, frequent interaction with customers and the autonomy to drive your own your success.
